Hello Parrot University,
About one month ago I adopted Hawn and her sister Goldie from a fellow that was no longer able to properly care for them. They had been attacked by a dog and needed some special care so I was more than happy to take care of her and give her lots of love.
Hawn and Goldie were not able to get along with my other two chickens that turned out to be young roosters so I had to separate the flock. That’s when I decided to get her a harness and leash. I found The Aviator and loved that it wasn’t made of yarn or big patches of fabric. Being able to easily rotate the leash to her back is a great idea that makes it very easy for a ground bird to move around.
Hawn loves it also. She loves going on walks in the grass, dust baths in the flower bed, and to the bus stop to pick up my daughter. Because she is still recovering she doesn’t do well outside in the cold for long periods so I let her cuddle inside with me.
We love this chicken harness and will recommend it to others!
